1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Universal Golf in your location and be able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Universal Golf on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Your Universal Golf Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login details secure. You are also responsible for activity that takes place through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Using the Mobile App

Universal Golf grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or attempt to access parts of the service that are not made available to you.

4. Gameplay, Tournaments and Rankings

Universal Golf features may include games, tournaments, teams, leaderboards, achievements and rewards. You agree to provide honest and accurate information, follow applicable tournament rules and avoid cheating, manipulation, harassment or other behavior that may affect fair play.

Scores, rankings, achievements and tournament results may be reviewed, corrected or removed when we identify an error, suspected abuse or a violation of these terms.

5. Rewards and Promotions

Any rewards, points, badges or promotional benefits offered through Universal Golf may be subject to additional rules. They may not have cash value, may not be transferable and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. Additional terms will apply when shown with a specific promotion.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information, comments, images or team content. By submitting content, you give Universal Golf permission to host, display and use it as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, or use Universal Golf to spam, threaten, impersonate or interfere with another user's experience.

7. Intellectual Property

Universal Golf and its content, features, branding, software, designs and materials are owned by Universal Golf or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Third-Party Services

Universal Golf may link to or use third-party services, including app stores, payment providers, analytics tools and other integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Universal Golf is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of Universal Golf, including features, content or availability, at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Universal Golf if you violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Universal Golf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every expectation, always be available or be free from errors or harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Universal Golf and its team will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of Universal Golf after an update means you accept the revised terms.
